Timothy Off Heating & Air Conditioning offers you a variety of service programs to ensure that your heating and air conditioning systes will be maintained and keep you comfortable all year round. The programs also ensure your units are operating at its highest efficiency.

An Energy Savings Maintenance Program will allow us to thoroughly inspect and clean your unit on a scheduled basis, so that a small problem does not turn into a costly major repair. Maintaining your comfort sysytems will, in turn, keep your utility bills to a minimum. Our maintenance Provide coverage for one year.

Any break down on a comfort system will require a service charge, but contract customers will receive a 15%discount on this and will not be charged overtime rates.

All labor will be done during normal working hours, with the exception of emergencies.

No refunds after the purchase of an Energy Savings Maintenance Program, unless no work has been performed.

The programs do not cover inspections on the main electrical panel box.

Any problem that is found during an inspection that requires a repair will be chargeable.

Please not the Energy Savings Maintenance Program is not an insurance policy on your unit, nut rather it ensures your system will be maintained and cleaned on a regualr basis.

Programs and Coverage

1. Air Conditioning System Only - This will include one maintenance inpection. This inspection consists of cleaning the unit and also making sure the unit is running to the manufacturer's specifications. $115.00 per system

2. Heating System Only - This will include one maintenance inpection. This inspection consists of cleaning the unit and also making sure the unit is running to the manufacturer's specifications. $115.00 per system

3. Air Conditioning and Gas Heater - This will include two maintenance inpections, one on the air conditioner and one on the heater. $190.00 per system

4. Heat Pump System With Electrical Back Up - This will include two maintenance inpections, one on the air conditioning side and one on the heating side. $190.00 per system

5. Heat Pump System With Gas Back Up - This will include two maintenance inpections, one on the air conditioning side and one on the heating side. During the heating inspection, we will check the heat pump in heat mode and the gas heater. $215.00 per system

6. Humidifier - This will include a cleaning in the spring, and a start up in the fall. Aprilaire humidifiers only. If unsure, we can always add to the program later. $42.00 per system

7. Electronic Air Cleaner - This will include checking the operation of the unit and a cleaning twice a year, with programs 3,4,5. Only once a year with programs 1 & 2. $42.00 per system
