  • Check back up heat on heat pumps

  • Refill humidifier with water & check for leaks
  • Check operation & set humidistat for 35%

    • Spring Tune-Up
  • Lubricate condenser motor and indoor motor
  • Check electrical motor
  • Take amp draws on compressor & fan motor
  • Clean condensate drains
  • Check refrigerant pressure
  • Clean indoor & outdoor coils
  • Replace air filters


    • Spring Humidifier Tune-Up
  • Drain water from humidifier
  • Take unit apart and clean necassry parts
  • Replace water filter
