We have used Timothy Off for years in plumbing maintenance and HVAC system maintenance. Recently our very old HVAC system stopped working and we turned to Timothy Off to replace it. They were ready and willing to try to repair it and in no way pressured us to get a new one. Due to the age of our system we moved forward with replacing it. They were super clean, covering the floor, and wearing shoe coverings. Their employees are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and were happy to educate us. We will definitely be continuing working with them.

Our project was a big one - converting from oil heat to gas heat. Dan, the Project Manager, outlined all the steps involved clearly and precisely. During the entire process , he was readily available for any communications.Frank led the team that did the installation of the new system. Everyone was extremely polite , courteous, and professional in their work. They provided updates on the progress of their work , explained what was next up in the process, and answered all my questions. The team demonstrated great pride in their work!When completed, I had a new gas heating system and a thoroughly cleaned up work area! Thank you!

Installed a 20 Seer Bosch HVAC (Heat Pump and Air Handler). Very informative and professional at sale and installation all at a fair price. Have used two of the larger suppliers of HVAC on numerous homes over the last 30 years and this was by far a much better experience with no pressure to upsell like the others push. Would highly recommend them.

tldr: flat rate pricing, charged $1200+ for a 2-3 hour gas line replacement. Plumber was quick, knowledge, polite and cleaned up everything.Full:I had a slight gas leak which peco deemed liveable but fixing the issue was a better option. Timothy Off said changing the pipes would be cheaper than fixing the old leaks. They said it would need some special connectors and if they touched the old pipes they would also be liable for any other issues. For these reasons the pipes were removed and changed to a different flexible material. The job was about 2-3 hours and looks like about 30ft of the flexible tube was used. The plumber said each feet of the tube was around $3-5. I was charged a flat rate of $1,274.50. With the numbers given above I would be charged $150 for the tubing and $1124.5 for 2-3 hours time and pipe removal. This is the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5; price.The plumber, Joseph, was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, quick and cleaned up the space well.The main office answered the phone quickly and returned my call by the next day for more information that I wanted. They do not report an itemized list for you as they charge a flat rate. The numbers I have above are not exact nor professionally calculated. I received the tube cost from one of Timothy's plumbers.I'm apprehensive to use Timothy Off next time because of the high cost. The plumbers' professional would be the reason for me to come back.

Great experience from start to finish with our new Bosch family members! Dan (Project Manager) was great to speak with and provided ample information as well as straight forward answers and most importantly did not make us feel forced or rushed into a decision. I let him know that I was waiting on another quote and he gave me space and provided information which I verified via Google to compare apples to apples for these quotes. He went above and beyond by matching the low end quote from the other company which was great. In turn this made us make the decision for the mid Range unit instead of the low end.The technicians who completed the install were great. They were very respectful of our house and made sure to use tarps and shoe covers during the install. They also left everything clean when they wrapped up. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. I would highly recommend Timothy Off and hope you have a great experience as well.

Expert Installation. As someone who has done sales my whole life, my comfort advisor Ken was excellent. He is not just another "sales guy", he is also a NATE certified mechanic who cares about your home as if it was his grandmothers home. Ken did not try to immediately sell me the absolute most expensive system they offer, he looked at my ductwork, windows, attic insulation, and wanted to know how we use our system. After that, we decided on a 16 SEER AC and 96% gas furnace with variable speed. Once we decided on the new system, we set a date for the install. Considering the supply chain issues everyone is having, I was impressed that we got the job scheduled and done within a week. The most impressive part of this entire process is how well trained the install crew is. Chandler and Kelly came to my house at 8am exactly and after the introduction, they had drop cloths laid down from the front door, through my kitchen and down the stairs into the basement. As far as contractors go, they showed more respect for my home than any other company ever!! Near the end of the day, Ken actually sent the Service Manager Tyler over to actually start the equipment and went over everything with my wife and I. What other company would send a mechanic at the end of the day to start up a new system, even still the Service Manager? I look forward to many trouble free years with my new Trane HVAC system. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but they were close enough to where their quality and work ethic was well worth the extra price. If you need anything HVAC related, call Timothy Off HVAC!!!

I had to have a complete HVAC system replacement. I got proposals from 4 companies and after much research and many inquiries, I chose Timothy Off. The pricing was competitive and provided the best value for my money. I was also impressed with Kenny Denson, my primary contact, who was great to work with. He answered my many questions in a professional and forthright manner, which I really appreciated. The installation team was just as impressive, arriving on time, answering all of my questions and leaving the place spotless afterwards. From sales to installation, we are very satisfied with Timothy Off. Their price for installing a new heat pump was competitive, they installed it on schedule and had the system thoroughly checked out after installation. Kenny followed up promptly when we asked them to repair a small hole that was left in our foundation wall from the old A/C unit. Best of all, they did a detailed heating and cooling load analysis to properly size the heat pump when the other firms we contacted would not. Timothy Off will definitely be the first call we make when it comes time to replace our water heater.

The upstairs level of my house Stopped being cooled and the temperature went to 85°.At 8 o’clock at night I called Timothy Off to report the problem and see if somebody could come out to help me. A technician was sent to see me and got here at about 8:30 o’clock in the evening and when he diagnosed the problem drove to his house to get a replacement part that he needed. He didn’t leave here till after 930 at night and solved my problem. Not only was he helpful but I was only charged a normal daytime right rather than an after hours rate which was a lot more expensive. I can’t commend him highly enough nor his company for helping me out in a verydifficult situation. I highly recommend using them and will continue to use them for any problems I may have With my HVAC systems. A great company with great personnel. I highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Tomothy Off... We had the water heater going bad over the weekend. I called on Sunday. The person asked me if it could wait till Monday and I said yes. They called back around 8 on Monday morning and asked for the Brand to be installed. I sent them a picture. Within a couple of hours they gave me a quote, scheduled and by 4:00PM or so everything was working and operational.The Tech. who came was amazing.. He was professional, very clean and mindful of working inside the home... Did an awesome job, answered all questions with patience and was indeed an awesome person... I had a great experiene with Timothy Off Heating! They were very responsive and called me right back, came out the next day and fixed the pipe on my heater that anothe company refused to fix! The technician was very nice and professional, he showed me what he was doing, he fixed the pipe and fixed the flexible tubing as well, made sure the pump was working, and made the pipe more accessible for me in the future if the same issue happened again! I requested them to do an inspection of my system, which he did and everything was fine. He recommended something to me as a helpful measure as well, and explained how the contract would work moving forward, etc...he was great and I definitely recommend them!

Timothy Off was amazing to work with! Dan Lippin was on it- there were delays with the equipment coming in due to COVID, but he kept me up to date and always answered my emails promptly. If I could give more stars I would. I had a big sewer line issue and after dealing with other companies who would take forever to call me back, or not give a direct answer or estimate (this went on for two months), I was recommended Timothy Off. Thank goodness. They had someone out within 48 hours, deduced the issue and had the job completed within two weeks. Everyone was a pleasure and extremely professional. The first person that my wife had interacted with was Tyler, who supplied superior customer service. Needed a new HVAC system (AC and Heating) about a year ago. I had several local vendors come quote us. Timothy Off sent Dan Lippin. From beginning to end, he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Other vendors tried to sell me on unnecessary "deals" and "features." Dan broke it down and sold me what I needed.I have now had the system for a year. Service through Timothy Off has been pleasant and reliable. I am 100% satisfied at this time. I highly recommend Timothy Off for your HVAC needs. If you are fortunate enough to have Dan as your Project Manager, you won't be disappointed.

I have been using Timothy Off for HVAC services for the last 5 years and they have done an outstanding job. When I moved to West Chester I had a Fugitsu ductless split system installed which was warranted for 1 year. Unfortunately every year for 4 years it would loose its Freon and had to be recharged. The Techs could not find a leak and we kept hoping it would be fine but it was not. This May, Tim agreed to replace the system with a Mitsubishi system……free of charge. It is now working great! Tim is an honorable man who stands behind his work and goes over and above to make his customers happy. His Techs are great too! We were very pleased at the speed, professionalism, and follow up with our central AC installation. One extra nicety was that, upon realizing that our attic access was going to be too small for the size of the equipment, the company arranged for - and made part of the overall service fee - the services of a contractor to install pull-down steps in a larger access opening. Very easy process all around and the house is very comfortable as the hot weather is just about to start.

Needed a new HVAC system (AC and Furnace). I received 3 estimates and went with Timothy Off.Met with Dan the Project Manager who was awesome to talk with. He answered all of my questions and provided me with more relevant information which helped scope the overall project. Dan was honest and provided a lot of value as I compared the 3 companies/bids. Install was setup for later that week and the Installation Crew (Tim and Nate) arrived on time, were friendly and professional and kept my house very clean. After install, a Technician (another Dan) arrived who tested and fine-tuned the entire system (AC and Heat). He walked my wife and I through the system and how to work the new Thermostat which was very helpful. One other point to note is the Project Manager Dan stopped bye during the installation to check up on how things were progressing and even brought the installation crew Gatorades.I would highly recommend Timothy Off.

Timothy Off was great! They came out quickly when I realized my heater was not running right and diagnosed the problem. I had to have an HVAC system replacement. We just had Timothy Off install a new HVAC system in our home. From the beginning Dan Lippen, our Project Manager, was very responsive. We felt comfortable that he was well educated and experienced. He was not pushy, was very considerate of our time, and honest about his opinions on what would work best for us and our home. That and the fact that his quote beat the competitors made us feel confident in selecting TO as our installer. On the day of install, the team came on time, were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very nice job on the alterations to our home. The final inspector was incredibly thorough in explaining the new system and the adjustments that had been made. There were also multiple levels of follow up afterwards to ensure we were satisfied.
