We had a fantastic experience with Tomothy Off... We had the water heater going bad over the weekend. I called on Sunday. The person asked me if it could wait till Monday and I said yes. They called back around 8 on Monday morning and asked for the Brand to be installed. I sent them a picture. Within a couple of hours they gave me a quote, scheduled and by 4:00PM or so everything was working and operational.The Tech. who came was amazing.. He was professional, very clean and mindful of working inside the home... Did an awesome job, answered all questions with patience and was indeed an awesome person... I would call them again in a heartbeat...

Complete HVAC Replacement. I spoke to some of the other reputable companies in the area as well for this project. In the end, none of them compared when it came to presentation of options. After several, terrible experiences with three local HVAC contractors, I was convinced that all HVAC outfits were the same. Then one of my neighbors suggested I give Timothy Off a try. I really couldn’t believe the difference. They were: responsive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Their advisor came to the house, assessed our requirements, answered all our questions, and promptly gave us a detailed, written, competitive quote for a new HVAC system. The installation crew arrived on time, was respectful of our home, and completed the job seamlessly. They even filed the paperwork for the manufacturers warranty and PECO Energy Star rebates. If you’re looking for a company that does a great job — and allows you to sleep at night — you should give them a try.

I had a great experiene with Timothy Off Heating! They were very responsive and called me right back, came out the next day and fixed the pipe on my heater that anothe company refused to fix! The technician was very nice and professional, he showed me what he was doing, he fixed the pipe and fixed the flexible tubing as well, made sure the pump was working, and made the pipe more accessible for me in the future if the same issue happened again! I requested them to do an inspection of my system, which he did and everything was fine. He recommended something to me as a helpful measure as well, and explained how the contract would work moving forward, etc...he was great and I definitely recommend them!

Timothy Off was amazing to work with! Dan Lippin was on it- there were delays with the equipment coming in due to COVID, but he kept me up to date and always answered my emails promptly. All of the technicians were beyond friendly and they worked efficiently and effectively. I appreciated their willingness to explain things to me without being condescending. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs! They replaced my entire system and I couldn’t be happier.

If I could give more stars I would. I had a big sewer line issue and after dealing with other companies who would take forever to call me back, or not give a direct answer or estimate (this went on for two months), I was recommended Timothy Off. Thank goodness. They had someone out within 48 hours, deduced the issue and had the job completed within two weeks. Everyone was a pleasure and extremely professional. The customer service was excellent.

From day one, everyone that my wife and I had interacted with were friendly, professional and truly made us feel like they cared about the situation that we were in. The first person that my wife had interacted with was Tyler, who supplied superior customer service. When I called and spoke to my wife about the visit, she was so happy with the service that she had received but more importantly how nice and professional Tyler was. I then met Dan who had come out to look at the current system we had and to look at the layout of the house to figure out what options we had. From the moment we met Dan, he truly made us feel like he cared and he went above and beyond to set up a time to have a install done as soon as possible. He was kind and caring. That day, we decided to move forward with Timothy Off. The day of the install, we then met Kelly, Chandler and Ryan who were very professional, caring and nice. They did excellent work and provided superior customer service. We are so happy with everything!!

Needed a new HVAC system (AC and Heating) about a year ago. I had several local vendors come quote us. Timothy Off sent Dan Lippin. From beginning to end, he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Other vendors tried to sell me on unnecessary "deals" and "features." Dan broke it down and sold me what I needed.I have now had the system for a year. Service through Timothy Off has been pleasant and reliable. I am 100% satisfied at this time. I highly recommend Timothy Off for your HVAC needs. If you are fortunate enough to have Dan as your Project Manager, you won't be disappointed.

I have been using Timothy Off for HVAC services for the last 5 years and they have done an outstanding job. When I moved to West Chester I had a Fugitsu ductless split system installed which was warranted for 1 year. Unfortunately every year for 4 years it would loose its Freon and had to be recharged. The Techs could not find a leak and we kept hoping it would be fine but it was not. This May, Tim agreed to replace the system with a Mitsubishi system……free of charge. It is now working great! Tim is an honorable man who stands behind his work and goes over and above to make his customers happy. His Techs are great too! Timothy Off was amazing. Our air conditioner broke and our old provider said they would send over an estimate. A week later we still hadn't heard so we called Timothy Off. They sent over someone that day, we got an estimate that day and a week later, air conditioner and new heater was installed. Everyone was so nice and thorough. I could not have asked for more. We were very pleased at the speed, professionalism, and follow up with our central AC installation. One extra nicety was that, upon realizing that our attic access was going to be too small for the size of the equipment, the company arranged for - and made part of the overall service fee - the services of a contractor to install pull-down steps in a larger access opening. Very easy process all around and the house is very comfortable as the hot weather is just about to start.

Needed a new HVAC system (AC and Furnace). I received 3 estimates and went with Timothy Off.Met with Dan the Project Manager who was awesome to talk with. He answered all of my questions and provided me with more relevant information which helped scope the overall project. Dan was honest and provided a lot of value as I compared the 3 companies/bids. Install was setup for later that week and the Installation Crew (Tim and Nate) arrived on time, were friendly and professional and kept my house very clean. After install, a Technician (another Dan) arrived who tested and fine-tuned the entire system (AC and Heat). He walked my wife and I through the system and how to work the new Thermostat which was very helpful. One other point to note is the Project Manager Dan stopped bye during the installation to check up on how things were progressing and even brought the installation crew Gatorades.I would highly recommend Timothy Off.

The entire team at Timothy Off made me feel like I was a VIP customer. They were exceedingly patient and explained everything in layman's terms. I got 8 different estimates and Timothy Off provided the best value for the price. Timothy Off was great! They came out quickly when I realized my heater was not running right and diagnosed the problem. I had to have an HVAC system replacement. The team that they sent was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They did great work and were very neat and clean (they cleaned up so well it looked like they were never there). My home was in need of a complete Heat Pump system. I obtained 3 estimates and made a decision to hire Timothy Off - it proved to be a good choice. From start to finish it went ABSOLUTELY smooth!Met w/Dan, the Project Mgr, who answered all my questions, he was kind and knowledgeable. The project moved frwrd to the day of installation: the 2-man crew (Bryan and Nate) were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning up upon completion!The installation was finalized within the estimated time frame and was followed-up by Brian who tested and fine-tuned all the aspects of the heating system, he then installed the thermostat and instructed me on how to operate it.Even the Project Mgr, Dan, stopped by that day to make sure everything was going well. A very professional and knowledgeable rep came out to evaluate our system when our furnace broke. He recommended a new Trane unit to replace our 25-year-old furnace. Scheduling was easy, installation was trouble-free, and installers were courteous and professional. The new thermostat is easy to use and wifi capable. After living with the new system for a few days, we've noticed improved, even heating in our home, especially in far bedrooms where chills were noticeable before. Highly recommend.

We recently used Timothy Off to replace our heating and air conditioning system and have been very please with the entire process. Everything from the initial meeting to the first startup went smoothly. The project manager was available to us to answer any questions we had through the entire process. The entire team was very professional and they left the areas very clean. Replacing a heating and AC system is a big ticket item and therefore I believed it was important to get several estimates.A number of companies made presentations that made them sound like used car salesmen. They offered deals with a catch that if you didn’t agree to purchase that day, the discounts would be gone.It was refreshing dealing with Dan as he clearly explained the equipment options. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision. The first time we used Timothy Off was for a big plumbing job we hadn't planned on when we first moved in, but they responded quickly and had rerouted our sewage drain to the street in a matter of a couple days. They had to work inside the basement, connect old cast iron to new PVC pipes, and also trench through our front and side yards about 75 feet. They actually did this job the week before Christmas and had it 100% cleaned up and seeded before our family visited for the holidays. Over the following months, they checked in on us and added more topsoil as it settled and reseeded the lawn so it looked as good as new by the next season.When we decided to have central heating and air installed in our house 2 years later, we called them back up, and we are extremely happy with the work they did! Dan was the project manager and worked with Bruce to order the exact materials we needed, with 2 thorough house visits/ walkthroughs before installation. Nate and Tim worked their butts off all day every day for the 5 days they were here. They always conferred with us to make sure we were on the same page as far as vent placement and running ducting through closet spaces. They are all very personable and were happy to answer any questions we had before, during, and after the process. Dan stopped by the project 3-4 times to ensure things were running smoothly, and made sure we understood how to set up the financing option. We would recommend Timothy Off to anyone for any plumbing or HVAC job!

We set up a maintenance contract with Timothy Off to look after our two HVAC systems. We knew one of our systems wasn't working quite how it should and during the first maintenance visit, the technician confirmed that it had died! Dan came out the next day and gave us all of the options for replacement. We chose to also replace replace the furnace at the same time as the AC to save money and hassle in the future. The installers were punctual, professional, clean, friendly and clear when explaining things to us. The installation was carried out during a tropical storm and we lost power before the installation was finished so they couldn't complete the installation. We called as soon as the power was back and they returned and finished the job in the same professional way. Thank you for getting us back to normal, we can now sleep soundly in our cool bedrooms!

Every person I dealt with was professional, personable, and went out of their way to make my experience pleasant. The installation team was polite, considerate, and left the heater area cleaner than when they found it! After our A/C unit died this summer, Dan measured our inside system and described how it would be a tight fit to put a new condenser unit on our inside system but that he felt confident that it could be done. He also noted that, given the age of our system (27+ years), we would save labor costs replacing the furnace at the same time instead of doing it in separate jobs, and also eliminate any complications with fit. Of course, I knew that our furnace was going to need replacing before too long, but I was so fixated on getting the A/C fixed, replacing the furnace wasn't really on my mind, so I was glad that he brought this up. I appreciated that Dan did not hard-sell replacing both units in the least, but just presented it as an option, which made a tremendous amount of sense given the age (and increasing lack of reliability) of our furnace.Dan gave us an initial installation date, which he thankfully was able to move up given that we had no A/C during the hottest part of the summer. His crew was there first thing in the morning and got everything done in one day. The new system runs great and is much more effective at cooling the upstairs of the house overnight than our old system was. And I’m delighted not to have to wonder anymore if the furnace is going to go on when it gets cold. We contacted Timothy Off in the first place because our usual service people could not provide an A/C system, and chose them because they are local but seemed big enough to be a well-run outfit that met our needs. That absolutely proved to be the case, and we're glad to have begun an ongoing relationship with them.

Great experience working with Timothy Off HVAC services. Our AC kicked it after 25 years and went with Timothy Off to replace the entire HVAC system. Worked with Dan on the quoting and different options and he was very responsive throughout and great to work with. On the install date Joe and Brian showed up and were very personable and provided a lot of insight on the equipment and process and they finished in about 7 hours. Did not even know they were in the house. Very clean and the quality was excellent. A third person showed up (another Brian) and does almost a quality check with a different set of eyes and had everything tested and up and running. Also great to work with. From start to finish we had no issues with Timothy Off. Wish we had this experience with other contractors we have used.

We recently had Timothy Off install a new water heater and complete HVAC system. The crew showed up on time and the installation went without incident. The team were professional and courtesy AND careful due to the Coronovirus pandemic. Dan Lippin turned up the day of installation to make certain all was good and we were happy and followed up 2 days later. There are some minor adjustments that need doing but his team were right on it. We went with them because out of the 3 companies that quoted the job they were the only ones not to drive up the price only to bring it down again. They offered an estimate first time that was fair and reasonable without telling us how great they were if we signed on the dotted line immediately. Besides they are a local company and keeping the money in the community was important to us.Give them a call you won't go wrong.

We first used TImothy Off a few years ago when our heat pump system went bad. They were extremely professional and friendly. They sold us a reasonably priced new system and the final product looked like art work compared to our old system. Tim told us the new system would save us money on our monthly bill and it still is. I am writing - with pleasure - to express my absolute satisfaction with Timothy Off and his team. Note that I have no affiliation with them, other than that of a loyal customer. I do not generally write Google reviews but felt the need to do so after my experience.To set the stage, our house is over 250 years old and runs on a water-fed radiator and baseboard heating system. Timothy Off had been servicing our Weil-McLain high-efficiency unit for two years, but we had little history with it before purchasing the home in 2017. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, the boiler failed. Timothy's techs rushed right out and discovered that the heat exchanger had cracked and expertly explained how this was a common failing of earlier models of this boiler. Knowing that it would take a bit to get a new boiler, the team sprung into action with a detailed quote outlining all of their activities. They offered space heaters to keep our family comfortable, and gave us a priority time slot to get the heat fixed. That's when the cavalry arrived...Over the course of two days, Timothy Off personally came out and led his team of skilled technicians in a methodical, professional manner to install the new boiler and reconfigure the wonky copper piping that was previously there, improving the efficiency of the system overall. When a new part failed, they came immediately to rectify it, with Timothy himself coming out again to replace it while his holiday party was about to start at the office. Ever since, we have had no trouble with our heat and our old house is a toasty and comfortable as it has ever been.Timothy, his sales staff, office staff, and technicians were professional, attentive, and caring. The repair was not inexpensive, but I actually felt good about making the payment after the care they took to ensure my family's comfort. We will be using Timothy Off for all of our plumbing/HVAC needs in the future and I recommend them without reservation.

So no one wants to have to replace their ancient HVAC system, especially not in a short period of time. But everyone at Timothy Off made the process as painless as possible. Our heater died at the beginning of the week and snow was expected to start falling in six days! I made a call to Timothy Off on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon they had a great tech out to check out what was going on. We learned there was a possible fix but it couldn't be guaranteed on our HVAC system that was old and had already given us trouble. So within two hours, a sales representative, Dan, took some measurements and did some quick calculations and was able to provide us with a thorough rundown of all of our options. It hurts less to part with money when you know exactly where it's going and everyone is pretty understanding that this is not the ideal situation. By Thursday morning, we had a team out installing our new system. The installers, Chandler and Kelly, were courteous and friendly and they got right to work. Once the work was done I went down to the area to check out my new furnace and I was pleased to find the area even cleaner than I had left it! Timothy Off definitely has a very happy customer!

I had a new Goodman top end heat pump system installed recently. GSZC16 outside unit with AVPTC variable speed air handler and Honeywell T10 thermostat with remote sensor and Aprilaire 1210 air cleaner. Everything went great from initial consultation by Dan to the installation by the professional 2 man team to the final system check by Dan the technician.
