In order to understand our new system installation process, we tell you exactly what happens so you know what to expect from our well-trained and knowledgeable professionals.
Here, we explain our new system installation process from beginning to end so you’re comfortable and confidant with the steps we take:
On the morning of the installation, your new equipment is delivered to your home. Then, once our crew arrives, we lay down drop cloths to protect your home’s interior during the process.
Your old unit is removed and then picked up by a dealer to be recycled according to EPA regulations.
Two highly qualified technicians install your new equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and ACCA HVAC Quality Installation Specification standards. Then, new duct work and sheet metal is custom-measured and ordered from our sheet metal fabricator.
Our technicians charge your new system with the proper level of refrigerant. Then, a “start-up” technician reviews the installation and makes any final adjustments to ensure that your system is performing to manufacturer’s specifications.
Our “start-up” technician reviews the new system with you to make sure you know the best way to operate it.
Six months after the initial install, we provide a free system check-up to ensure your system is performing efficiently and our ESP program is presented to you.
